From what I know. Most of people here apply to business, engineering and similar things but not many has experience in medical field as you must be a canadian citizen to get accepted into medical program such as medicine.

But I will try to help you, do you want to pursuit studies in master of pharmacy or doctor of medicine degree?

as far as I know you will need IELTS for admission (uni/college) as Pakistani you don't need to show English proficiency test but it would be better of course if you have a decent score above 7

As a dentist I kept searching for masters first but unfortunately my grade is 69% and in Canada from what I read and ask they need at least 70%...I ended up applying for diploma

It's not easy to go for masters and it is not hard in the same time

You have a chance

My advice to you if you are willing to study then immigrate
look for any option that suits your studies or your field

in this link, there is your field and what jobs related to it

There are three major universities in Canada. Trust me, they're all great, but Toronto university is the best.

Check on google "Toronto University Masters in Pharmacology" if you want the best education but you gotta high for it.

British Columbia University if you can't stand cold weather and rather live in similar province to California.

Or

Dalhousie if you want to pay the least expenses, study in +200 ranked university but I warn you there is too much snow in Nova Scotia.
