how long does it take cic to update Medicals,submitted my Medicals since March 20 still no update from cic...what do I do?

Did your MyCIC or ECAS update? Our updated 9 days after the exam and 3 days after we confirmed with the MP that they already submitted it to the VO.

None is updated,called cic and they can't find it on my file..dunno what else to do?

I would call the DMP where you did your medicals and verify that they've sent it to CIC/Visa Office.

I called they sent it since March 28,just confused about the whole thing

Sorry to hear that. March 28 is really too long for CIC not have it yet.

If CIC is saying they don't have it your only recourse is to try to get somewhere with the DMP.

I would ask to speak with someone in charge at the DMP and explain the problem nicely

Maybe they can give you a confirmation that they sent it on March 28? or better yet, resend it to CIC.

Hopefully they're willing to help

Yea,they told me to quote my IMEI no to cic,and send the eMedicals report sheet...That they can't send it again

It could have gotten lost in the mail. You should ask them to resend like others have said.

The medical done by Panel Dr's are sent via email and may take 3-4 moths to show received on your ecas or CIC account
