Can I use the same for my express entry application?

As far as I know it is valid for 6 months.

Can someone clarify that for me please? Are we allowed to do upfront medical exams? and where are we allowed to go? Do I have to provide any information about my profile?

You need to provide UCI number. Check the list of clinics on the CIC website
