Medicals validity - 6 moths or 1 year?

That's weird, my spouse's name is not on the actual ITA, just my name as the primary applicant. My spouse has however been on my profile since the day it was created, and there is a separate section as well to input documents for EAPR. My doctor made no mention of bringing ITA document during medicals.
