Peculiar since call centre agents are not usually allowed to reveal. It's possible to get the approval within that date. It's not always followed.
Are the visa officers doing their jobs as usual? Or still there is a delay in application process.!.?
Is it true that the refusal letter are given out very quickly less than 20 days after the eligibility starts?

Thank you, he specified it when I asked him, or else he never mentioned it.

Maybe it varies from agent to agent? But based from my experience:

One agent said due dates don't mean anything. (She checked because I asked.)
Another agent said there's no due date on your file. (He checked without me asking.)

I called again yesterday and they told me everything is now passed, just waiting for final decision.
My medical expires today so I don't know really what's next for me. School work is piling up

That's great, congrats on that. Can you share your timeline ? Yes, the agent I spoke to today was very supportive, whereas the one I spoke to few months back, was very rude.

Very true. I had one that's almost too hostile and another one almost too gentle.
