Rabat will request the medical results from the Regional Medical Centre they were sent to by the DMP as soon as they're ready to review them.

are you sure?

i thought DMP directlty sends to the embassy Rabat. is that not the case? because the labs already do tests and give the results in a envelope. u take that envelope back to the DMP and DMP opens and reviwes it and then does some small physical test with the person asks 20 questions about their health and then asks for money and then sends it to the embassy visa office.

can someone confirm?

The DMP sends the medical results to the Regional Medical Centre, which there are 5, the RMC reviews the results, takes about 30 days, and then sends the results to the processing office.

so in our case where the medical was done April 22 and the application filed May 6 and transferred June 14, the medical would already be in buffalo prior to our application being transferred? Is that correct?

so if medicals done in December 2009 and the application for sponsorship not sent until today. what are the chances? has the immigration office already received the medicals??

It will be in the system, when you submit the application with proof of the medical, then the processing office downloads the results from CAIPS/GCMS

so if there's medicals from 2007 but the immigration file folder never sent for processing. the immigration visa office will never know of that early 2007 medical right?

would it conflict with the new one done in December 2009 ?

It would show in the system, but since it is invalid, they won't care.
