Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Hi everyone,

Going through the confusions of medical going on over several threads, I think it may be easier if everyone can provide the following information in 1 thread, to see if there is ANY connection we can find on the rejections.. I have noted the main discrepancies in profiles..

The points are as follow:

1 - Application category (CEC/FSW)
2 - Category type (Worker/ Family EDE/ non-EDE etc) for self and family members
3 - Inland/ Out of Canada
4 - Language of Medical Result
5 - Days between Submission and "Medicals passed"
6 - Tests conducted...all of them for each person if possible
7 - Where applicable, please mention whether rejected due to medical type (and which family member was rejected) or if received successful PPR, please mention this as well.. as it is crucial to know who has passed.

If anyone has any other points, please let me know...
but I think if we can consolidate at-least these 7 points, hopefully we might be able to understand whether there is any kind of trend..

1) FSW
2) non-EDE, Worker
3) Inland
4) English
5) Medicals done on 11 april submitted on 12 april aor 14 april
6) 501, 502, 707, 712
7) PPR on 14th August

Whatever your motive is, you would still find people with same details but still rejected/accepted. It all depends upon the VO. it sounds harsh but that's the reality.

1. Cec
2. Non ede/ worker
3. Toronto
4. English
5. Medical in june first week submitted on july last week
6. 501 502 707 712
7. Rejectd aug first week

sorry to hear Toronto_engg... would you mind shedding some light as to why your application was rejected?

He doesn't know! It was the same as Yelena - the letter said the assessment was only done for a temporary visa. But they had the same tests as everyone, no matter what the category, and they had the same category (non-EDE, Worker) as people who got PR.

I think they hired a new person who doesn't know what the fuck he/she is doing. I wonder if people who got rejected are going to take another exam and pay again?? its not cheap especially for a family..

Some people's applications were cancelled because of

"Upfront medical report
Invalid medical as medical has been assessed for temporary residence only."

Harsh visa officers cannot make a decision according to his/her own mood. There must be a certain correct/incorrect reason behind this decision.

Still waiting for more.. if anyone got their PRs or anyone got rejected on medical grounds..please add it here.

In addition, another relevant point is: Were the medicals ever passed, for those who were finally rejected due to this reason?

Hello,

any body has done medical tests up-front under CEC Category?

For me and spouse: Non-EDE/worker
is that will be accepted by CIC and do u have some idea?
I am under CEC category.

Thanks

Yes. yelena's medical showed passed first, then changed to "in progress", 8 days later cancel.

Her timeline is as follow: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/reasons-for-rejection-t306713.1035.html

Everyone is wondering and worrying about the same thing...

So far, there are people choosing any category (worker, family,...) who landed the visa eventually. But there are reports of three people who chose “non-EDE, Worker” getting rejected. This is very very confusing, coz there are also the ones who chose exact the same category non-EDE Worker and who passed.... Seems to me CIC themselves are not uniform in their decisions.

Has it made any difference whether they were inside Canada or outside, when doing the test?

Also, can we conclusively confirm (so far) that there isn't a single person with FAMILY-EDE (for PA and spouse) who was rejected?
This will help people who need to still do their medical... can they all proceed with ensuring that the doctor puts PA and spouse under family EDE?

Untill now I wasnt confused about the medicals at all !! Can you people suggest which type is needed for a single principal applicant? Outland case.

I put my analysis at www canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/reasons-for-rejection-t306713.0.html;msg4580863#msg4580863. I hope this can offer some clues.
