They require standard passport pictures from each of us, a certain forms to fill-up height, eyes colour etc, and the passport which the expiration date exceeds until the visa validity which is until January 2011. We're given 60 days to comply.

I think sending via courier wastes time also I remember reading dreamteam's post on his experience when he went to Accra for visa stamping. He recommends one to go personally. His reason was that Accra receives a lot of couriered documents and they are VERY busy. But if you don't mind the wait then send with courier.
