Hi Amay,
So far nothing from London. My consultant had send an inquiry to which they replied that "Please be advised that we await the results of routine background enquiries. We will write to you when we are in a position to do so."
In my CAIPS the BF'D is July 2nd so just waiting as nothing else left to do.
Finding it very difficult as i need to plan a lot of travelling and other things in between
Anyway hoping for the best. :( :( :( :(
Rgds,
Soby

Hi,

I am worried now because I did not receive any updated pcc request. From the forum it looks like that London office requires updated pcc before finalizing the case...I have also sent webform enquiry but did not get any reply.

regards,
Amay

Dear amay,

Immigration Officers at CHC level can't alter/delete remarks or decisions once entered into CAIPS/GCMS.

CHC London will only ask to submit updated PCC if the crimnality decision has NOT been entered in CAIPS/GCMS.

In case the crimnality decision has already been entered then there is no point to ask for updated PPCs.

IPM may ask for an updated PCC in case something comes up in the background checks/security checks- The exceptional circumstances.

I hope this information is of use to you.
