Yes you are right plz tell me one thing, when you submitted your full documents to london in july 2009 OR Aug 2009 ? i want to judge whole process time.

I received a reply to my case specific inquiry today (which I sent 3 days ago)stating:

Dear Sir/ Madam,

We are currently in the process of conducting background/ security checks for this application. This is a lengthy process that can take several months. We will be in contact when there have been further developments with the processing of the file.

many thanks for the good wish.............i did send an enquiry on 1 December, 2010 by webform but still no reply from LDN CHC

To my recent email enquiry, I got a reply from CHC saying that my file is awaiting review in Jan, 2011 but they can't tell me a date by which the PPR can be released to me. However earlier they had replied to me saying that I should expect my PPR around Jan, 2011.

Not sure what is going to happen next because they have also asked me to submit the IMM8 and schedule 1 form as well because the one in their file is more than a year old now.

i think u just have to wait patiently like we all r doin' here & relax (like most of us r not doin' )....

nothin & i mean nothing will speed up this process....no matter how many e-mails u send to them or how many times u cry or how many nights u pass without sleep............they will finish the process at theor own pace

so, wait patiently & hopefully within a few motnhs (hopefully not few years) u will get ur visa......

Hello friends,

On my recent enquiry to the CHC London, I recvd a reply that I will be sent PPR by the end of this month. I believe the ball has started to roll for all of us waiting for the PPR.

Hello to all. I did my medicals on 22 Dec. The DMP said that they will mail the results directly to CIC. Are we supposed to send the receipts of our medical exams to CIC.

I asked CHC London for an update and give me a time frame for the PPR so I could make some arrangements, in response to this CHC London send me a one line reply that "CHC London anticipate to send me passport request for visa issuance by the end of this month"

Hope this helps. I know its long time for us and bit frustrating as well, but atlast they have started taking some action.
