'MEDICALS SENT'-------London CHC------Waiting for Next Stage (probably PPR)

Hi Shibleed,
Is there any update in your case?Did you sent any e-mail to London chc?
I sent an e-mail enquiry to them to know the status of my case ,but their reply was as follows"We anticipate to send you request for passport by Jan2011".Do you have any clue why they will take so long?
I am FSW and sent medicals in JUNE2010.

Have you been asked by the CHC to submit an Immigrant Summary Form? Looks like all of us who have submitted such form to the CHC are waiting forever to get their passport request from the CHC.

I work in Birmingham. How about you. My best wishes for you for getting your PPR (thereafter the visa ) at the earliest.

Yeah...this wait for PPR is really bothering me.

we r seeing repeated cases of LDN CHC not replying quickly or not replying at all if the file has no progress since the last time (e.g. after receiving it from the applicant or after the file goes to 'In Process'). So, there is nothing that we can do to make this process a bit faster, a bit fairer, a bit sensible for us----al u & everyone else will have to do is wait & wait for the next communication from LDN CHC. if there is any action required from our side (e.g. sending passports or medicals or additional docs), LDN CHC will contact us itself.........

Just heard from our immigration consultant in Candada

OUR VISAS HAVE ARRIVED ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

We should get them to us tomorrow or monday

I received reply from London chc in 3days time.But don't worry every thing will be fine.I feel London chc is dumped with so many application recently.Even in my reply they said that they are not yet ready to send me PPR,and they didn't tell anything about my security checks.

I saw recently that the country name is missing in the e-cas i mean in my address... what should i do is the same thing with u or the country name is present in the address. Please let me know...

Hi Shiblee, Plz add me in

I receiver my medical documents on Feb 10, 2010. CHC London received my medical results on 5th of March, I send a status enquiry through my consultant I got replay from CHC on 16 April shows : "Please be advised that we are currently awaiting the results of routine background checks that are being conducted on file. We will contact you as soon as we receive these results."
since that time what I am good for is to be patient and counting the days one by one .

I would like thank u for allowing me to share my suffering with you.
