I got my Passport back with the MAPLE LEAF!!!!!!!!!

Anybody any idea, if the photocopy of passport send to the specific visa office has to be notarized?
Or Not? as far as i know for LDN CHC, we will hav to send notarised PP copies however i am not sure abt Singapore CHC
I see you all are past that stage, so perhaps you know.

Good Luck for those who have done the Medical, I have got the medical request 06/07/2010 so any idea about when I must submit?
I am one of the old 2007 applicant London office!
Any suggestions about doing the Medical in England? good cheap place? or whatever?
In Nottingham it costs at least 233 pounds per adult and 75 pounds er child? any ideas? I think u have been quoted the cheapest medical cost so far. i did mine in London & it cost me £300 per adult
Please also what I should expect in Medical when I go to my appointment please share your experinece. check ur med. request letter & also read it thoroughly as they might ask for some additional docs from u. otherwise it is usually 60 days' limit

Hi,
just go to any gp surgery , you can try two- three, but as far as I know there would be no significant difference .make sure you do it fast as gp will take one-two week to process your lab results , so hurry up get it done.

I understand that Medical should be submitted with in 60 days. This shuold be mentioned on the letter that you must have received from CIC.

Going to be sending it by DHL from UAE to London CHC this week. Keeping my fingers crossed that I'll get it back with the maple leaf as soon as possible without any problems!

I got medical request on march 10, 2010 and i send my medical on April 05, 2010 & waiting for the reply form immigration office london and my status is 'In Process'. Its almost 3months finished but i didnt heard or no change in e-cas in my case. What should i do please suggest me and share ur experience if its happen to anyone .

Hi David,
Send them an email informing about your email change, as they may need to contact you before sending PPR and also PPR, do it immediately, don't lose time.

Dear Shibleebd, uk2canada,
We should find out who all got the Immigrant summary & Supplementary forms request at the time the medicals request were dispatched.

Please all those on this thread and from London chc please reply if u have send across the Immigrant summary & Supplementary forms. If u have send it across this is the delay for ur PPR. This form is given to external agency for thorough background and security check.
If all of u cooperate we can check the timelines and come to the conclusion.

I received these forms along with my medical request, and i know Shiblee already sent it with his full application to London.
i dont know why they require these forms ? they dont require all applicants to submit these forms.
can you please explain about these forms if you know details.
