I think by Feb - March you will hear from them, either PPR or PCC.

Medicals done in Dec 2010

"I can confirm that your application is pending review by an Immigration Officer. We will be in contact when there have been further developments with the processing of your file. Unfortunately we will not be able to give you any time frame regarding the processing".

Dont worry..you cannot rely on this email because I have got same reply for my query and after one week they sent me PPR...so be patient and pray to god..

Yes..They sent PPR majorly via Email..in case of London VO.

I got my passport request this morning tru post. I did my medical seven weeks ago. Same time I did request my spouse to me expunged frm my application. I thought this would delay my application further, but nay.

Without further delay, you should order for your CAIPS/GCMS notes as you are very old applicant and must to know the reason/s of your delay.
