I TODAY NOTICED THAT ON MY ECASE ITS AS BELOW;
We received your application for permanent residence on July 8, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on November 22, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on November 22, 2010.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.


MY UEST IS
DOES IT MEAN THAT THEY HAVE ISSUES VISA AND I'LL GET MY PP'S BK IN 1 WEEK..BECAUSE I HV SEEN ON THIS FORUM THAT ONCE VO POST DM IN NEXT 3-5DAYS PEOPLE GET THEIR PP'S WITH VISA.

ALSO, IS IT THIS WAY ONLY THAT VO POST WHEN THEY ISSUE VISA? HOPE THIS MEANS POSITIVE FOR ME.

Sent my updated PCC in August 05th, they gave me 60 days to submit from that date but I had them done a week before that so sent them the same day.
Waiting to get PPR hopefully by October?? I can't tell you how much I want it, just like all of you!

I did my re-medicals in UK with the rest of my family on 21/07/2011 ( medical instruction was issued on 01/06/2011). My wife did additional test for protein in blood on 04/08/2011 and all the medical results were sent by the DMP on 11/08/2011.CHC London received our package on 12/08/2011.My DMP confirmed sending all the reports together ( which is the normal thing to do anyway).

2 days ago ( 26/08/2011) , I received the following communication from Accra visa office;


Canadian visa - xxxxxxxxx

Hello,


Please confirm if your spouse xxxxxxxxxxx did the medicals issued 01-06-2011 along with the rest of the family. We have received valid medical results for the family (22-07-2012) but her's is still outdated.

I do not know why CHC London failed to update my wife's medicals at the same time with ours, however I have sent a mail to Accra confirming that my wife did her medicals at the same time with the rest of the family and that all the results were sent to CHC London,I also scanned a copy of the payment receipt to them.

what else can anyone infer from this Accra communication?, do you think CHC London (Regional Medical Center) is deliberating holding back my wife's medical update?, should I email CHC London on this issue?.

I cannot say particular but in my case they issued Medical next day after My file showed IN PROCESS...
So when u get In process that means you are about to reach medical stage..

Those post June 2010 applicants who after getting In Process were not asked for medicals directly but were asked for additional documents (updated PCC, IMM-00008 etc) and subsequently for medicals. What was the time consumed after sending additional documents to receiving medical request ??

Dear All, I have done my medical at the end of july 2001. Till then there is no update. E-Status is "In process". And there is nothing like Medical Received.


Please guide me whats going on and what are Interview Chances ? how much time it will take for further Step ?
