I have received request for PPR from London. Could you help me in telling that when you sent passport by DHL, do you have to give them advance payment and authority letter for collection of passport from CIC London office or CIC sends PP of their own through courier and courier company collects the money on delivery?

You don't have to give any authority letter to DHL. The passports will be couriered by London VO thru' any courier co. once they are finished with the visa stamping. If you are in UAE, it will be Aramex but for other GCC countries, I am told, it can be any courier co. You then pay the courier co. upon delivery.

Which country are you in?

I too am waiting to receive my passport back and it is almost a month with no news yet...just hoping to receive it back this week itself...

Could you please tell us how you received the pps back and exactly when did your pps reach London VO? Also please tell us your country of residence please.
I too am waiting for our pps and it is close to a month with no info at all. Getting anxious....

Currently living in Pakistan but In person passport submission was done by my friend on 31st march and also received on 14th April.

I'll get my things back as soon as he comes back.....

Allhamdolilah, Today I received PPR step 1 letter from London. I have to submit the photocopies and photographs within 45 days, after which they will send further instructions.

if u have anybody to send the PP and submit in person its 14 days job buddy

if not no other option, u have to follow step 1 and 2

Hi all, chc london has asked me for updated police certificate and mentioned on the email that once they received this they will send the instruction on how to send the passport for visa issuance. after i submit this how long do u think it will take to receive the PPR?

send the pcc by courier,get the delivery report. so you know when it reached chc,londn.then within 7-10 days you will be asked to submit the ppt for visa stamping.
