Medicals , RFPR fee sent but not recd by CHC london

Hi All,

I have sent the Docs requested and he landing fee..end of dec 09. I have sent them an email to ackwoledge if all is recd and also the medical were sent straight to them by the docs...

they replied that still awaiting the docs...but i have got a signed copy of docs delivered to them and some one received it and all the docs confirmed they have sent the medical reports..

What must have gone wrong..at London office...quite worried.???

From your DMP, medicals will be forwarded to the medical officer in Ottawa Canada, then they will send it electronically to the visa office who is processing your application, after checking it. It was too early to ask CIC if they received your medical. Probably at this time your medical results are still in Ottawa. They are the one who received and signed the dellivery made by the courier company, not the London CHC.The RPRF fee you have sent might not yet in cashed this time.

It is not surprising for London CHC to say that they are still awaiting docs up to this time. Friend, you sent them just 2 weeks ago. They are still in Ottawa, most probably. Do not worry friend.

From where the meds were sent, I mean where's your DMP located? If from the UAE, it'll be delivered to CHC-London in 3 days time, once the DMP gives it to the couriers. Generally by TNT, DHL or Fedex. And we also get the 'tracking no.' to track the shipment online.

1-3rd Jan being holidays, things ought to have been delivered to London by now. And your couriers confirm that too. I suggest send them an email again, Today.

However, most probably things r just fine. So, do not worry much. Usually the couriers do not goof-up on delivery.

Hi i am from london and i have sent my RPRF fee and edvience of funds docs to london office and not to Ottawa..since they had givn me the return sticker of where to send the docs..i sent it has next day guaranteed signed delivery

regarding medicals i dont know where the DMP sends but i think they send it to local london office...I will call them up and confirm it where they have sent...but as far as i know it is the local london office...Medicals and Immigration Division...

just getting too tensed....

It must have gone to the London CHC only. And another couple of more days u'll hear from them.

but most probably it is sent to London already. i hve done some digging, and i found out (based on these) that not all medicals are sent to ottawa. the instruction to DMP's is to send them to the REGIONAL MEDICAL OFFICE responsible for their area. and the list include: Beijing, London, Manila, Nairobi, New Delhi, Ottawa, paris, Port of Spain (trinidad), Singapore and Vienna. i hope this helps

But if u r doing ur medicals like out of country of residence it has to be sent to Ottawa. Like i am based in UAE AND VISA OFFICE is London. If i go to india and do my medicals there then DMP has to send to Ottawa and not London. ANY COMMENTS WELCOMED.

@apache - i have a question, what if my visa office is in MANILA? Will they send my medical result to Regional Medical Office in MANILA since my application will be processed in the Philippines? My wife called the Canadian rep and they told her that the DMP should send my results to the Regional Medical office in the Philippines. I'm really worried about it now.

your DMP should send the results to Manila office. you had your meds already? but i think the DMP is aware of that because they follow some protocols regarding transmittal of results. if you had your meds done, you will know where the DMP sent the results by the airway bill which you will need to track its transmittal. have they provided you with that?
