Medicals request recieved-Urgent query!!

Dear all,

After a long wait, i finally got my medical requests in june 19 but here is the scenario and need your advise on what to do moving forward.

I submiited my docs on May 2009.
I lost my job after 1 year in 2010 ( didn't notify visa office)
I got my first baby in Jan 2011 (didn't notify visa office)
and now i got a new job in Dec 2011 and moved to a new country.

Now, i got my medical requests for me and my wife. what should be done now from my side, as i have a new (1 year and half baby) shall i fill in an application for him and sned passport copies, or?? will that affect the medicals request that they sent?? or??

Pls your professional advise.

Notify the VO of the baby.......change in family composition should have been reported to VO earlier itself

You would have received MR for ur baby as well.

Landing w/out doing the foregoing is misrepresentation, can get u a ban of 2-yrs.

Carryout your and your wife's medicals and inform visa officer of all changes now, you will be asked to fill out new forms anyway, fill them according to new situatuion. After sometime they will send you medicals for your child, hope there will be no problem inshAllah

Oh great, definetly will carry on with process, i'll fill the requiered docs and send them accordingly.

but guys are you sure that this wouldn't affect the process of cancelling the medicals for me and my wife, because we didn't report that we had a child and that i changed my job to a new country??

Write to ur vo and tell them about your baby while u go ahead with ur medicals they will instruct u on what todo within three working days of which u sent the documents.

you are obliged to update the CHC with a few circumstances, as and when they happen .
they may or may not take to it kindly, esp when they are after trivial reasons to reject !

best suggestion would be to PM Qorax and do as he says ! Dont take a chance.

Should have notified about your new born soon after its birth

Things have gone complicated now .

You might not be able to include this baby ever in your application.

ya it could be complicated now more than before, although i have n't been following on the case for a while. but i guess there are still a possibility to include the baby in the application ( reffering to so many similar cases recently in this forum ),

lets cross fingers and hope things will go smooth
