Medicals Process: New Delhi Applicants - Thanks Accounts

This is the process to be followed for getting medicals in New Delhi done as suggested by Accounts - Forum member.

If you are india
Steps:

1.Arrange an appointment with DMP

2.Get yourself Medically Examined by DMP.

3.Photocopy the DMP Recipts, Visiting Card.

4 Wait for 3/4 days, so that DMP can forward your report to VO/IO, Do not send your PP & RPRF on same day of Medicals...

5. Make RPRF DD, Ensure it should be of exact amount neither less nor more than stipulated amount

6. Write a covering Letter mentioning your file no, name, address, passport details( Validity, Expiry), RPRF DD Details (DD no, Amount, Where payble, drawn on etc etc...), NAme of Doctor where u had undergone Medicals.


7. Arrange all your PAssports,( expired, Renewed, cancelled if any)

8 arrange a good quality envelope

9. arrange Documents under covering letter]

10 take the envelope unsealed to nearest reputed courier agency (Dont bother about money, ensure u send your papers through renowned couriers like Blue Dart, Overnite Express,,, Big Big No for Speed Posts or Registered Post)

11. Pay the fees, the courier co represenative will check the contents & seal them.


12. most important write correct address on envelope.

13. go to temple & pray that your visa arrive asap.

14 relax, after 45-60 days (maximum) u will get visa........

take less salt and do not take sugar take plenty of water avoid fried food
and reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelax.

I am sometimes hyper & BP is high like 145/90 or something but I will cut down on salt and sugar and will go for more intake of water. Thanks

eat normal

avoid alchohal, smoking, non veg, less tea/coffee etc etc...

While going to medicals eat light breakfast


But i done medicals at bombay, very hot n sultry that day, galluped 500 ml coke at Kurla station, trains were late at WR, hence eaten samose at DADAR station. by the time i reached Churchgate, hunger surrounded me again, had 2 bottles of lassi at Churchaget staion alonwith big LAYs chips packet.

then go walking walking to Dr, Jehanbaux Chichgar. he was in so hurry , examined everything in 10/12 minutes. then he forwarded me to some lab nearby for blood test, smoked a ciggarette, then given blood sample & xray. everything came ok..... ;D

By the way, your list for medical process is interesting. If I hadn't gotten the visa already I would've had a sleepless night tonight ;D. For one, I did not keep the DMP receipts with passports, nor did I make a covering letter. Just kept a copy of their letter requesting the documents. On second thoughts, accounts' way is much better and professional.
