For the medicals do I need to take the Medicals date first before submitting the ITA?

Also, once I get the ITA the CIC will send me the instructions how to take the Medicals date?

Do I need to do medicals for my 7months old Canadian? There was no mention of medicals under the upload section for him. My husband and I already got our medicals done. Please advise.
Could this be skipped becos he is Canadian? Thanks
