Medicals - One category states "Incomplete" - Should I upload?

Hi All,

Got my Medicals done, however in the form what I received after the medicals, one of the categories says "Incomplete". When asked the Doctor, he said this can be uploaded, but I don't think so.

Please suggest on what I need to do, do I need to wait for the results to be declared and then get a sheet that says "Complete" or will IRCC be ok if they see my Medicals as "Incomplete" ?

You mean the Exam 501.. Status: Incomplete?

if its this one, then dont worry.

Yes, for both my Wife and I , we see the same result.

501 Medical Examination - Incomplete
502 Chest X-Ray Examination - Required
707 HIV test - Referred
712 Syphilis Test - Referred

Is that still ok to submit this sheet given from my Doc?
