Medicals needed after CoPR expiry?

Hey everyone, there seems to be no clarity on this matter. Please post only if you have firsthand information/ know someone who was in the same situation. Let's not postulate.
My question is: If my visa & CoPR have expired( due to not being able to land in Canada due to Covid19 ), and my country has now resumed international flights, do I have to undergo medical tests again, and does this include a Covid test? My medical surveillance code is 1.

Question: how do you know in your medical result if your med surveillance is code 1?

Yes, if your medicals have been over one year you do have to get them again.
