Medicals for PR application-EE

Currently i came down to visit my friends in another state in india. I received my PR invite recently. Can i get my medicals done in this city and my dependents in my resident state in india? will that affect my PR application processing? Please help.(i did go through the cic site and i see no citations on this situation)
