I have not received ITA but got EE profile as single applicant. Wanted to get medicals done before I receive ITA.

Firstly is it valid to get medicals done before getting ITA letter ?

Secondly, how the doctor can link the medical test results to my Express Entry profile if i dont have ITA letter ?

Lastly what's the cost in india for the medicals ?

Fortis Bangalore charged me INR 4.1k. THe tests are very straight forward and it takes maximum half-a-day.

Pls don't get it before ITA. Wait for ITA

what about upfront medicals ? my town doesn't have it,so will have to travel & do the tests.

saw conflicting replies on forum regarding upfront medicals and cant make up my mind which is correct regarding that.

4100 is standard rates per applicant...the downside of getting it done before ITA is that you lose on time in the window of 1 year(validity of medicals) within which you have to travel to canada...it is advised to wait for ITA but again even I could not find a definitive answer in this.
