I have a question regarding medical. My wife is working in Singapore and I am in India. We applied for PR from India. Can she have her medicals from Singapore or is it necessary to do the medical from India?

Just make sure that where ever u intend to appear for MEDS, DMP should be the designated one from CHC. Region wise list is availabe on the website
