Medical Updation

I received my PPR on 30.12.21 and also stamped passport on 12.01.22 but my medical is not yet updated on gc key as well as in POE letter it shows n/a in front of medical valadity. Can I travel ?

I got PPR since February 4th,I was told to do remedicals, although I already did upfront medical,but till now my medical have not been updating,I hope it won't affect my Visa stamping and traveling?

Before PPR you must have done your remedical??
