If I get MR, how long will be the validity to complete the formalities ? I mean to say, intentionally if I want to delay my medical, how long I can wait ?

Normally 60 dayss from the issue date of letter

God forbid something not very nice, but why do you want to delay the medicals, we are all anxiously waiting to get over with the medicals.....

It is best you reply to the medical request within the time allowed, I know of a case where ielts was requested and not sent and even then PPR was received, but medicals are important and not sending medicals can mean something serious is wrong with you for which you are trying to avoid medicals..
