Medical test past syphilis treated

Dear all,

Can can anyone suggest some thing here. I have got syphilis in 2016 sep at 1.128 after treatment... It's changed to 1.64. Till now its same.

I have medical tomorrow. Is this going to impact my immigration. My wife her report is cleaned. Please advise.
