medical test for canada visa

can anyone please tell whether there is a drug test for canada visa regarding cocaine and lsd..i have just tried it once that too 6months back..please advice

They will take the blood, who knows exactly what they do with it

dude....the blood in your body is replaced with new one in about a month and you think some drug you took 6 months ago gonna be in your system...nah

Unlike our part of the world (Pakiland, India, Bangladesh) where there are no consent laws; the IOM and Canadian Immigration has to follow the laws in Canada. Before you test anyone for anything; a consent is required. When you go in for your medical, they give you a consent form before blood is drawn. The form states that they are testing for HIV and VDRL (both sexually transmitted). No consent is obtained for anything else especially, urine toxicology.

During the test they tell you if there is something wrong with the results or something needs to be redone they will let us know.
My question is how do they inform us ? Phone or email ?
