I also got my eCOPR with code S2.06
- So, if i need send an email to anyone and if yes then on which email id i need to send that email?
- If i need to go under surveillance ?
- Is there anything apart from above that Ineed to do?
Sign and send the surveillance to the same email you had got it.
No you just to keep an eye on your phone for provincial doc
I got that condition mentioned on eCOPR, which I downloaded from the portal.
so, on which email should i send it?

So, I am wondering what did you guys do after receiving your eCOPR?
As, you both mentioned that you got your eCOPR with same surveillance code (S2.06).

Hi ..i have done my medical and doctors said everything is fine but in my x ray they send mild pleural thickening in lungs..to ircc ...will it affect my medical report and ircc send me furtherence letter or not?? Pls help..is this a serious matter or not..

I just got eCOPR with the condition of medical surveillance. Got code 2.02. The thing is, i already underwent medical surveillance when i first arrived Canada as a student in 2022. All went well and i got the confirmation email from IRCC confirming that my Medical surveillance was complete.
Kind of confused why i am being asked to do it again. And what exactly should i do next.

I did, yes. Thats why i find it weird not only that i was asked to undergo medical surveillance again but also that code s2.02 was marked instead of 2.06.
I have already called the relevant territorial health department to report myself for medical surveillance. They said that just by calling, i am in compliance. They will contact me if they request further actions from me.
Maybe try sending a web form. Also attach the letter by provincial nurse of completion of the treatment.
So, i completed my medical surveillance while i was student 3 years ago.
I just replied old email they sent me from "IRCC.MHBSurveillance-SurveillanceDGMS.IRCC@cic.gc.ca"
I got a reply yesterday,.. they said "
