Medical/RPRF/Passport request recd....Expecting a baby in 3 months!!!

no, i didnt return the medical forms.

yesterday I got a letter from the visa office and it says my application for medical submission after birth of new baby is granted and they suggested to submit following docs within 60days of the baby born:

1. 150 CAD application processing fee
2. Photograph of the baby
3. bith certificate.

I know I can add the new baby and passport to the application and sent it iwth other doc to visa office. But my problem is how to use visa card to pay his processing fee. Because visa card is the only means of paying this in my area. That is what I use. The main problem is with the fee payment form(form imm 5620) where I will put the visa card number is not clear to me as the principal applicant fee(550 CAD) has already been printed and am no more paying for this .I have paid for this at the level of the CIO. Do I rub this(550CAD) off on this form and put only the 155CAD. Hope they will not dislike this action. Can I rub it of, can i rub it off. This is my question

I need help of those who sent application for their new baby after initial application . How did they pay processing fee. did you fill fee payment form(form imm 5620). How did you fill it

I have sent marriage pics and RPRF for me and my wife....for medicals, i have written a letter to CHC, New Delhi on 29th June explaining them my situation and requested for extension of medical examination.....Hope to get some response from CHC...

After how many had you recd this response from CHC....I sent a similar letter to CHC, New Delhi on 29th June but have not got any response yet?

If u do not get a reply and miss to do the medicals in the deadline stated they will close the file as mentioned in the medical request letter.
My advice is to do the medicals only keep wife xrays pending and after the child is born update chc with the relevant docs. Your wife (xray part ) and child medicals can be done together. Also write a letter to CHC explaining the same.

I am exactly in the same boat, i was thinking to issue a demand draft by 150 CAD and ignore the payment form , i am not sure please let me know if you got a reply from a senior member here regarding this point.

I agree with Shibuya's suggestion. Do part of the medical exam now and defer the x-ray only so u don't lose out completely.

Here is an extract from Accra, Ghana Visa office of CIC:

'I’m pregnant. Can I wait until after I give birth to take the medical exam?

No, you are still required to undergo a medical examination even if you are pregnant. However, certain parts of the examination may be postponed until after you give birth. You should discuss your options with the Designated Medical Practitioner examining you.'
