Medical Reuse for PR

Hi,

I am currently working in Canada applying PR in CEC category and expecting ITA next week.
I am married and applying with non accompanying dependents(spouse & kid) since they are currently in India.
Even my dependents are not accompanying me, it looks like i have to submit medical and police clearance certificates.

My dependents already have done medical test once for Canada visitor visa last year. This medical is done on 10 October 2019 and valid till 09 Oct 2020.

My question is can i reuse this medicals for the PR application as well ?

The medicals will expire long before your PR process is complete so yes, you will absolutely have to do new medicals.

Hi,

Before coming to Canada on LIMA based closed work permit, I did my Medical test in 2022.

Do I have to undergo a medical test again for PR?

Please guide.
