Medical results sent but ECAS not updated yet.

I am applying for Startup Visa residence. I was asked for medical examination. 3 weeks ago I sent them, but the ECAS page doesn't yet show anything like "we got your medical results". It still says "In Process".

My questions are then:

• Is the status supposed to change when they receive the medical results?
• If yes, how long does it take to change to "results received"?
