Medical Results not Received Yet

I have Applied Under CEC with my wife in Feb 2012 and got Medicals in June 2012. My wife finished Medicals in India on July 19th 2012 and DMP sent results to New Delhi Visa office. I finished Medicals in Calgary, Canada on July 11th 2012.

When I asked CPP - Ottawa about Our Medical Results I got following Response today.

Mr. XXXXXXXX,


In response to your query, our records show that your spouse’s medical exam results have been received.

However, we are still waiting for yours.

You will be advised upon receipt of your results.

Regards, So I have done Medicals here in Canada before my wife and Mine was not Received. I called DMP office and they told me they sent my Results on Aug 3rd 2012 by Regular post and it takes 4 Business days to receive. So It should have been received by Aug 9th 2012.

It seems like my results gone missing. Please kindly advise me what can I do now.

The only thing I see went wrong is that your DMP didn't sen your result on time.i did my
Medicals on August 21st n called DMP after 2 weeks.They told me that everything is ok and they will send out the results..you have to keep on following up with them.You should ask your DMP for the tracking number of the package in which they sent your result.

Give the Call Centre a call regarding this issue @ 1-888-242-2100

Get the tracking number from the DMP and confirm that it was delivered. Once you know that, simply wait patiently for your turn. Note that the medical officer has to enter the result(pass or fail) into a database before the visa officer can see it. If this has not been done yet, you will continue to receive the "we don't have your results" reply and it does not mean they are lost.

Thank you for your Reply. I have contacted the DMP office and they informed me that they sent the Medical results through regular post on Aug 03, 2012. So there is no tracking no. DMP office contacted Ottawa ( Not sure Who!!!) and they were told that medical results were received but not reviewed yet. I am not sure if this is true.

How much time you think might take to review results and put it in data base?

I don't know, dear. I assume there are some reports before yours, so you give it 1 or 2 more weeks and send an email for updates again.
