Medical Results NOT Received yet at the Visa Office

Hello everyone,

I am so very confused about my medical results.. the visa office in Rabat didn't receive my medical results yet and my e-case status it's only shows that the ''Application Received"

here is my schedule :

-I actually did the medical check on January 2013 and i got the receipt that i done the medical check from the doctor on same day, which i included that receipt to the application

- we sent in our application on April 2013, which means we sent it after 3 months of when i passed the medical check.

so it has been 7 months now since i did the medical check, and the visa office still not yet receive the results. isn't this too much time for that ? does anyone experienced the same issue ? what i can do please guys ?

what i know for sure is that they received my application and they are working on it cos they called me to ask me some question abt an information that i didnt filled in one of the forums..

Did they state that they didn't receive the medicals, or are you thinking they didn't because it doesn't show on ecas?

If you don't see it on ecas, it doesn't mean anything. For some people, ecas never shows "medicals have been received", it simply means that the VO or the officer has not entered it on ecas, but not that it is missing. If they haven't asked you for it, then most likely, they have it - you can't see it, but it doesn't matter.

If your VO has stated that they have not received the medicals, then if you kept it, send the proof again with the number, so they can look for it. You can also call the doctor where you did the exam and check with them if everything has been sent, and when. With that information, come back to your VO and let them know when the doctor sent the results, it might help them find it.

thank you for your time and reply.

what i think is they didn't receive it yet. actually, my wife contacted them on last week asking about my medical results and if they received it. and when they responded her they only told her that our application is on process right now and they never mention if they received the medical results or not.

I also did call the doctor on last week, but she in on holiday right now and i will call her back when she back to work again on next week.

so really i don't know what will happen when they need to see my medical results while they are not receiving it yet!

No need to worry I think.
If they didn't have the medicals by now, they would have asked for it. Them not answering about it, and not putting it on ecas doesn't mean anything.

but when the visa office responded my wife, they said to her they are processing the file and they have not yet received the medicals.. i just got sure now from my wife.

i think now i will just have to call the doctor.. there is any other solution ? or they can still receive it even thou it has been 7 months now ? ???

Call the doctor and ask him about it. If you have a copy of the receipt you sent with your application, send that to the VO as well, so they can look for it.

yes i will call the doctor for sure.. but what about if we found the medical results were missed ? this means the visa office will ask me to redone the medical check again ? and this means it will delay our application..!!!
