"Medical Results have been recived" and after how many days you got ppr guys??

somebody told me about this then i went to buffalo visa office website but i did not really understand what it is exactly ?????

I think PR-visa can still be stamped in same day as it clearly says that "the Canadian visa offices in Buffalo and Detroit will no longer offer same-day non-immigrant services"

For applications, its says that PR travel document application cant be submitted in person----

I think PR same days visa service is effective

Hi guys,
Just found my file was transferred to Case Processing Pilot office in Ottawa. This i got to know via an email reply from Kathy Benner at the Buffalo office.Im not sure when it went there because i never got an update about it from cic.Right now im concerned my medical will expire in July as it will be a year by then.My dependent wife's visit visa will also expire soon and i have to renew my work permit before october 2012...
Its driving me crazy to find that each time i put a case enquiry i get a reply back that my application is in process and that nothing is needed from my end.

Any one who experienced something similar getting file transfered to Ottawa? How long it takes at Ottawa and whom do i update regarding my change in address Ottawa or Buffalo?

when is the interviw waived ,,did u get a initail assessment letter ..and whe that was ?

I havent received any Initial Assessment since AOR. What my understanding is IA letter is not a necessarily sent to everyone. Usually for those only from whom they need additional information.In my category , usually the applicants dont go through any interview so i set it as WAIVED.

my file also transfered to Ottawa couple of days ago...more or less my condition is same as urs however i got married before applying but medical of of my wife and mine are on different dates......both appeared from canada.Her medical going to expire in july ---so may be thats why they transfered our file to ottawa...its just guess

congartulations for PPR ..........there are some changes in passport stamping process in person applicable from may 7 ,2012 as to passports will not be accepted in person at buffalo and Detroit visa offices and they will accept the passport only by mail .Is that applicable to passport stamping for permanent residence ??? ....not sure ????

Its amazingly frustrating to see how our files were held in buffalo for months and later own transferred to Ottawa.Now that our medicals are about to expire as well as our PGWP we are more prone to additional delay for the new medical process.

Any one knows how long it takes to get back result for GCMS notes application?
