Why do you care about e-CAS now when you already sent your passport? e-CAS won't normally tell you anything re: visa stamping and all. All you should care about your passport if it has been received.

You should be able to track it when it was received. During Visa stamping and CoPR processing, you may not be able to do anything rather than wait. When they sent out to you, you should be able to track it again via your return envelope. In case it delays, you can send an email asking for your passport status.
