one simple question for seniors!!

I am bringing my passport to buffalo tmr, and I know I have to bring two photos

to get the visa stamped.

However, do I also need to bring photos for landing procedure?

If so, how many shoud I bring with me??

Thanks in advance!!

:(Hi Everyone,

Congratulations everybody who finally got their PR, and Good luck to those who are in the process of applying.
I have several questions that need to be answered however I have been struggling with my application mainly because I do not know where to get answers for my questions...
With that being said, I would like to ask those who have the experience of doing everything I am doing right now on this forum since there are many guys who could give me great suggestions and hopefully the right directions.
Here is my situation:
- Currently on Work Permit as a food handler
- SINP(Saskatchewan Immigration Nominee Program) approval Nov 2010
- Sent PR application to Buffalo on Dec 7, 2010
- E-case confirmed that the Buffalo office has my file as of Feb 14, 2012
- Medical test completed on Aug 7, 2011
- Confirmed medical results received by Buffalo office as of Aug 29, 2011
- Did my Fingerprint on Oct 15, 2011
- Sent few emails to Buffalo asking if they received my fingerprint result but no answer.
My questions are:
- Previous employer sold the business
- Not allowed to legally work in Canada for the same employer?
- Should I notify Buffalo office of my previous employment being sold?
- MI basically sent everything to Buffalo office, what should I do?
- Would it be possible for me to send emails with questions to them?
- Does anyone have a valid Email address where I could send questions?

First. Don't spam this forum! The more you spam the more hesitant people feel to help you because of your lack of professionalism.

Second, make your question clear and straight to the point. After reading over and over, even I want to give out my opinion, I still don't quite understand what's the issue and what you looking for as resolution?

As far as I (try) to understand, you were nominated with a job from a company. that company has been dissolved and/or you no longer with them so you called it previous employer. You would like to know if this would affect your PR application. The answer is Yes, or No.

Yes if you applied for nomination under employer-driven category, including skilled job, international grad streams.

No if you are nominated under strategic recruitment, that means the province chose you because you have skills and NOC that in high demand, regardless of your employment status, whether you quit job, change employer or laid off - they don't withdraw your nomination.

Either case, you must first notify your nominating province, not Buffalo, of your change in employment. The province is the one that withhold or withdraw your nomination from CIC. If you failed to notify your province, you break the contract with that province. If you notify Buffalo, Buffalo will consult with the province for further decision.

In your case applying as a food handler, I don't think that is strategic recruitment stream, I see a high chance that you may no longer be qualified as a PNP immigrant if you not working for the sponsoring employer so please confirm this with the province immediately! You must obtain LMO to work with new employer, that also comes with new Work Permit, new nomination application, and new PR application. If you don't advise the province and they find out later, you may have committed misrepresentation and be banned for 2 years from reapplying.

There is always hope at the end of tunnel for those honest and hard working in Canada!

No worries buddy ... You have to find a new job and get full time employer letter and send it to SINP office. SINP office takes almost 1.5 months to send you new SINP revised letter, then you can get a new work permit and you can update buffalo accordingly when you get your revised SINP letter. And it wont affect your PR application. Buffalo will just update your employer.
