No.. ecas wont say anything about whether they send PPR... After change to "IN process" then you have to wait for - it could be a day or upto 1 month in normal cases..Sometimes you can get few days before the change to "in process".. cos ecas is always behind..

Thanks for helping sinpguy..now i have an idea about the PPR. God bless always.

normally PCC is the last thing they look at before PPR. You must meet eligibility requirements before they proceed further so give them a month or so for the next step.

Buffalo is very speedy these days.
Thanks TRUONGAN, your advise ease my anxiety, just can't wait to reunite with my family. :D
Just one more question from seniors like you, If I ever get the PPR, can I submit our passports personally at buffalo? and what is the best day? coz I'm planning to drive from california to buffalo, since our destination is winnepeg, manitoba and I'm planning to register my vehicle there. :D

i am still unable to track my return pp on Canada Post :'(

Does your e-cas change to DECISION MADE? If it YES, your passport is very highly back on Friday this week. If not, just wait....

I assume you took note of tracking # on the envelop that Buffalo will use to send you back your passport. You will not use the tracking # on the envelop you used to mail out to them to track for the return.

Buffalo drops off/ pick up their mails at Fort Erie twice a week on Wednesday and Friday but this schedule may be changed due to holidays and busy border crossing these days. Check on Canada Post website again tomorrow (Friday).

DM on Ecas means your visa has been stamped, your file has been closed and Immigration Section has finished their part, you should not contact them for the return of your passport. Let them deal with other waiting cases.

Hello Troungan, Happy New Year!

Sinpguy highly recommend you to answer my queries. Does your "Medical done" means "Medical result has been received by Visa Office"? in my ecas, medical results have been received, should I expect for PPR in a week from when it was posted? Please do help clear my doubts, thank alot.

Based on my observation, Canada Post email notification system will not tell you when the package is accepted. It will only tell you when it is delivered. That being said, You must manually track your package acceptance at Fort Erie by entering your tracking number and you will see the result on their website.

If your passport has stayed with Buffalo for more than 2 weeks, good chance it will be dropped at Fort Erie tomorrow.
