Without seeing your full timeline, it's hard to determine your stage of application processing. Since you went through medical long back, you should be expecting PPR soon. Generally, Buffalo work on specific timeframe when they first received your application.

For logging in e-CAS, you can choose any of the following for "Identification Type" drop-down menu:
  • Client ID# (if you have been previously student/worker in Canada; you must have one)
  • UCI# (just 8 digits)
  • Application# (starts with 'EP', followed by 8 digits)
  • IMM File# (starts with 'B', followed by 8 digits)
*** Generally, when you receive your AOR/Med Req; you should have got these numbers. If you don't; you can email Buffalo to get these numbers.

Here is the link for CIC e-CAS: https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do?app=ecas

My advise to you is that you should try logging in your e-CAS to check your application and then email Buffalo for further updates.

Well my address is still in the disappearance mode since friday!
I dont know if they are working on Finalising my case for PPR
or
They are just uploading the documents on the fle i send them?

But, Looking at ur case...they say ur fingerprints are already uploaded on ur file and ur address never disappeared...it is a little strange! We have come to an assumption for so long that, any activity on the file leads to a address disappearance.

Lets see what we have in coming days. Something for sure is going on my file...dont know what?

Most of the replies from general mailbox are very standard and wouldn't give you much details on your current status. Their wording makes you feel like your file is hanging somewhere in the air but actually it could be at the finalization stage now.

Look at the last day of this year as the big day for you. Be optimistic. It won't be far away. Tanoshi is correct, looks like yours is coming soon.

Hi Guys, i have been watching this forum and your discussion for a while. Here is my timeline:

AOR and MR were received in late september and medical results was sent on September 30 and it reached Ottawa on Oct 3rd.

Around Oct 30, ECA application status changed to Medical results have been received.

Around Dec 6, it changed to in process.

So now my eca has three lines:

We received your application for permanent residence on April 25, 2011.

We started processing your application on November 29, 2011.

Medical results have been received.

But my address has never disappeared. Anyone could give me an idea about how long i need to wait to get PPR?

Thank you!

@TRUOGAN:

In the email they said passport must be mailed,

However in the link they provided, it says I have options

Whether to mail or to visit in person.

Can I go to Buffalo in person in this case?

And how can I check their holidays?

Many congratulations!!! I hope sam, saka, raj gets there soon as well!!
