I just spoke with Canada Post employee at Fort Erie post office on the phone just to confirm one thing for all of us here. Fort Erie Post Office told me Buffalo come to pick up the mails and leave the mails 2-3 times a week depending on them. There is no fixed schedule and they don't do that everyday. So my assumption was correct!

Thanks for the info. It means e-cas changed means passport got stamped? Are you able to track ur passport yet?

My ecas has updated to decision made as well...
taonoshi...did u check urs??
I guess they just did a mass update for ppr people....

Please let me know when you are able to track on Canada Post. We are the same batch now

:o :o, my e-cas is not change to Decision Made. Look like I have to push them by email then..... I will let you know when I can track it for sure.

tomorrow or wednesday are fine too as long as i have passport by saturday. i plan to go to border this weekend. i am positive it takes 2 days for xpress mail to deliver from ontario to alberta
 
Can anybody please provide me Email address of Kathy. I thing she is manager at buffalo office and i thing somebody emailed her before.......please help.
 
Same here Tanoshi! I sent them email too and received 'Your message has been forwarded to the processing team' and nothing till now...

My ECAS isnt changing to medical received. My medicals were received on 28 Nov and I received a reminder email from Ottawa on 29 Nov. I have since written 2 emails, but no replies should i be worried??

I recommend you to only contact these individuals only if your case has elapsed the processing period or if your case has urgency that need them to be aware immediately! Nobody likes spam emails, they are government officials dealing with many files a day so for everyone's benefit please do not bother them with unnecessary questions.

that is at your discretion. but only contact one as they are in the same job and authority to check for you. keep diplomatic tone and please keep everything short, straighten to the point.
