Does anyone on the board know, how long is it currently taking to get a PCC from indian embassy from toronto. I have heared people saying they have recieved theirs in 7-10 days...
Is that true on the current timeline? PLz share ur timelines on this matter.

A friend of mine got it in 10 days...
I hope i get it soon. the sooner the better.

Emailed and got the same automated response. Your application is in process blah blah. Do they even look at files before they send that message?

I dont think so!
Unless you have an appealing email, where u can convince them to dig into ur file...
They have 1000's like you emailing them everyday. They wont even reply, but I guess they have to according to certian policies inside their department...

Yes Sam, you should get it soon. I got my PCC from Newyork in 4 days. I was surprised too and made me to think: India is really changing

Well vekat, you got it from New york..I have applied in toronto....I wish they are as quick as u said...
I cant wait to get my PP stamped..waiting way to long

I am not sure.. just because its passport u know.. If they lose it, u cant even say anything, cos they didint ask for it.. Especially Buffalo visa office is like indian grama panchayath...

Everyone here!
I recieved an email from Kathy benner from buffalo regarding my PCC issue.
She said that they have verified my documents and they seem to be photocopies LOL.
I am prett sure I have send them the originals, but I will have to go home and check my papers to see if I have the originals...
I am 99.99% sure I gav them the originals, I wouldnt make that stupid mistake.
I am human and miht have eved screwed up...Lets see...
I will go home after work to find out if I have it or not?
Looks like a delay tactics...
