Don't worry about it. Everything will be fine. I feel the same way before when I haven't gotten my ppr. Most of the October applicants are being process now. I'm an October applicant by the way. And got my ppr yesterday. So it's 14 months of wait. So just relax and don't worry to much

Hi Amorpaulo,

I am worried because my E-cas Says that they started prrocessing on my application on October 15. And most of the applicants get correspondance in 2-3 weeks after it change to in process.

That's why I am worried.

Thanks

So it means your file wasn't transferred. Usually when the address disappeared then there's a high chance they transfer your file to Speed up the processing. My case was like that. But they didnt email me regarding about the file transfer. I just found out yesterday when Seattle office are the one asking for my passport. Buffalo office are busy right now and they do random dates. Don't worry about it.

Application received - OCt 12 2010
Aor/medical - april 17,2011
Medical done - June 28 2011

E cas update
Medical result received - OCt 9 2011
Address disappear - nov 3 2011
Application in process - nov 4 2011
Address re appeared - nov 9 2011
Ppr - nov 15

My application was a received on 27th Oct 2010 and the status on the ecas shows that my medicals have been received and that my processing start date was 9th Nov 2011.
I was nominated by Ontario but moved to BC two months after submitting my application. I wrote to Buffalo asking them for instructions in Feb and they told me that I don't need to start a new application and a nomination from BC would do. I got nominated from BC within 4 weeks and wrote to thema again after I got my AOR in May 2010. They said they will contact me if they need additional docs, they will let me know.

I hope this does not delay my process. What do you guys think?

Hi

Can I communicate with the visa office in response to any document request by e-mail/fax ?

My application is transferred from Buffalo to CPP-O. Ottawa office e-mailed me to send a certified criminal record check for my spouse within 60 days if his stay in Canada is more than 6 months. They asked to address the correspondence to the address of the letter which is

Case Processing Pilot - Ottawa | Centre de Traitement Pilote - Ottawa - 45
Citizenship and Immigration Canada | Citoyenneté et Immigration Canada
219 Laurier Avenue West Ottawa ON K1A 1L1 | 219 avenue Laurier Ouest
7th Floor | 7ème étage, Section B
Ottawa ON K1A 1L1 Canada
Facsimile | Télécopieur 613-946-6059

E-mail I Courriel : OttPilot-immigration @ cic.gc.ca

My spouse didn't in Canada more than 2 months. So I wrote a letter stating his duration in Canada and fax it to Ottawa office (613-946-6059).

Now is this OK to send fax or I have to mail the letter. I have already sent e-mail to them. But didn't get any response. Also they transferred my file back to Buffalo office.

Thanks

are you currently living in canada? why your application transferred to ottawa? thanks.
