Re: "Medical Results have been recived" and after how many days you got ppr guys

Hello guys,

My address did a disappearing act too. Here is my timeline:
application received jan 10th
medical request and aor Jun 28th
Meds done July 15th
Ecas update between Oct 8th and 10th
Change to in process Oct 26th.
Sincerely

One thing u can do is send a case specific enquiry.. Cos I heard if u sent case specific inquiry it goes directly to visa officer... So if ur file is assigned to somebody u will get reply.. if its still not assigned to somebody u wont get any reply.. This is from what I read from forum.. make ur email short and upto the point..

From this reply from above, I dont see any point in emailing the general inquiry again.. But I have a feeling it will come this week and shouldnt take more than 2 weeks..

Hey guys,

I just need your help to understand something. I submitted my application to buffalo office on Fab, 22 2011, i received AOR with MR on Aug, 31 2011. The sender email was "OttPilot-Immigration@cic.gc.ca" did you guys got same thing? and if i want to inquire about my case should i send to that email address or to buffalo office?

any help will be appreciated

Thanks.

If they said all further correspondence direct to Ottawa then do that , if not sent to buffalo.
God knows best.

Dear Seniors,
I have applied my PR application under AINP program and my doctor has already send my medical report to Ottawa and checked online on Canadapost's web site it says it has been received 20 days ago. I queried Ottawa Office (that's where my application got transfered from Buffalo) if they need any documents from my side couple of days back, they responded saying they are still waiting for my medical, wondering where my medicals are gone or if it is still not their system? Any thought would be greatly helpful for me.

Also, they said if I wish to pay RPRF fees then I can, do I need to send the fees to Ottawa Office or Buffalo Office in this case and should I be sending a formal letter describing my file # and date of Birth so that they identify me and also I have a little one as my dependent (less than 2 yrs old) do I need to pay for her as well or is she exempt from paying the fees? too many questions :) but it will be helpful to me to avoid any confusion. thanks in advance..

Regards,
Canadabie,

1) You said that your passport got cancelled. I assume it expired and you got a new one. In that case, you should carry the old passport as well. I my self carry 2 passports, both of them are actually attached since I got US Visa in my old one.
2) If you get your PPR from Buffalo, you can take in-person service at Buffalo and can land while coming back on the border
3) You will require a "Travel Document"; it's normally written in your PPR

NO PPR ??????? Its so quite here.... makes me nervous..
