Hey Truengon, does that matter if I travel a lot within Canada.. I mean moved from hamilton, then toronto, calgary and now in saskatoon.. or is it just international travel..in that case i travellend only in canada..

By the way, i dont think there is any order for buffalo... that is alraedy proved by Rossei getting visa right..

After visiting many forums, I feel, speculations and calculation never works. Just wait and watch policy is best. Thank you Guys for speedy comments. ;D

Rossie sent his application in January. I would assume he has a good travel history both within and outside Canada.

In Canada if we change address many times, RCMP has to contact local police where we have lived to request clearance and that takes time, too. I have lived only in Edmonton and Calgary. And since 18, Canada is my only country.

Anyway, my new GCMS will be released on Wednesday so let's see what it tells us

Hi, I got my status from Ecas changed from Application to In -process early week of October 2011 stating that they started processing my application September 2011 and medical received. My File was transferred from buffallo to detroit. I am expecting an email for passport request but they send me an email asking for Certificate of No Marriage. Anyone who has the same experience, please share..Would it take another months to get in to the next step after I submitted the documents required. PLease share your thoughts. Thanks.

Can you provide your timeline?

It looks to me your document request (Certificate of No Marriage) come out from CSIS Background checks. Just comply with them.

Buffalo should process applications based on the order, not a random draw.

I dont agree with this statement, immigration depends on more then one cause. Its not forgranted if you just submitted your file early. It depends on yours NOC, employment status, security check, police clearance, medical and several other do and donts to meet out criteria.

Thanks Sam. Under PR - Single Category. My SINP nomination file was received by Buffallo November 2010. Medical request sent June 2011. Medical done June 2011. Medical sent to Ottawa July 2011. Received an email on August 2011 transferring my file from Buffallo office to Detroit. My Ecas still "Application Received". First week of October 2011 my Ecas changed from "Application Received to In -Process stating that they started processing my application September 2011 and Medical Received" last week they send an email requesting for Original copy of Certificate of No-Marriage.Document needed sent right away and will arrived in Detroit tom. tuesday. Hoping for the best.
