MY E STATUS WAS SHOWING MEDICAL RESULT RECEIVED SINCE FIRST WEEK OF OCTOBER BUT FROM TODAY I CAN SEE NEW E STATUS IN PROCESS ...AND SAYING YOUR APPLICATION IS IN PROCESS STARTING 12 OCTOBER 2011.....LETS PRAY FOR EARLY FINALIZE AND PPR CALL ...

Saka, there is no one way of doing things for this visa offices.. we dont have necesarily have to wait for in process update... many people got ppr right after 'medicals recieved'... it all depends on case to case i think it depends on visa officer... if you notice Rossei got visa in 2 weeks after medicals.. but there are people waiting for 1 year after medicals... they dont have a proper structure... they are still in 70's system...

And they blame it on CSIS the agency who does security checks. Their theory is "each case is different" Hahaha

Hope i can have my ppr soon. They received my application since OCt 12,2010.
Here's my timeline:

Application sent: OCt 12 2010
Aor/medical: April 17 2011
Medical sent: may 22 2011
E Cas updated(medical received): OCt 9 2011
Ppr: OCt ? 2011

How long does it take to receive the passport letter after completing the medical exam and paying the Right of Permanent Residence fee?
The letter requesting submission of passports for visa issuance will normally be issued within 30 days of the Embassy receiving final medical results for all family members, and receiving payment of the RPRF.

I have noticed a trend here and on Trackitt, very clearly that they are giving PPR based on the order Medicals were received.

They are giving out PPR for those who have Medical received end of July/ beginning of August. They don't go by the receipt date of applications because Medical means initial approval. There are some apps applied since last year but just recently got MR.

Because I have noticed that their applications are processed quicker than ours
