I think some tranisition/upgrade happened in their software or system or something else during that time (oct 2010).. thats why they are getting everything slow... But it make sense they process in order, since we got our medicals in order of reciept... but for sure there are exceptions... I change my mind now :-[...

So Sam u r first one now from Jan... Let seee

I have a situation and I need an advise,

I applied under CSQ quebec, and my file was transferred to detroit last week. a month and half ago I got married to a canadian citizen, she lives in Windsor, ON. Do i need to let them know about that, I read in an email somebody received for passport request that if i dont tell them , my pr will be invald? If I let them know and send documents, that will delay processing of my application?

Oct 25th 2010 - application received
June 10th 2011 - medicals reached Ottawa
Early Oct 2011 - ECAS changed to "medicals received"

When you receive your visa in passport...u proceed to land and after 6-8 weeks you will receive PR card

I'm a November 2010 applicant of PNP as well, and since ECAS updated in Oct. 11 to "Medical results have been received" then no news.

If they are already working on December 2010 applicants, that being said our cases in November have been finalized? If so, we should hear from them in 3-4 weeks or a month since the day they finalize our cases. Which should be no later than end of November.

Up till now I've heard about a few cases in Nov.2010 getting their PPRs. So guys please keep us updated once you hear from them and lets cross our fingers for PPRs.

Actually, i just checked trackiit....for Sept 2010 Buffalo applicants...all if not most received PPR in Sept...so just wait and see what happens in Oct....

How bout let's look at this way. Who among you applicatans applied with family and applicants who's single.

Do you guys think it's longer to process the application with family?

As far as i remember their answer to me is "it won't affect much the processing time".
btw i'm a single applicant. :)

Sent an enquiry to buffalo today asking about my case status. I'll post it once I get their response.
My case was received Nov. 2010 and MER appeared early Oct. 2011.
