Last one was in Dec 10. The VO officer was satisfied that applicant is eligible and requested RCMP that was negative.

Hello everyone.. Can we do landing at any US border in saskatchewan? Is there any link that can help?

I will be landing from USA. For settlement fund do I have to carry total amount of $ in cash? Or statement of my US bank account will work.

I assume you are mailing your passport to Buffalo for visa stamping. So, you are/will be waiting for them to return your passport(s) and then land. You'll have 2 options then:

  • Land in local CIC office (you will require prior appointment for that). In this case, you won't have to cross the border at all. This Topic starter Sinpguy did that couple of days back. You have to turn few pages back to look for more info.
  • You can cross the border and land while coming back. I'm not from SK; but can give you CBSA link to find more:
http://www.cbsa.gc.ca/contact/listing/indexpages/indextype38-e.html (Go down the page to select a CBSA office at Saskatchewan for immigration purpose)
