They could ask for more documents or not. They might send a pre-arrival letter or not. You might hear nothing until a passport request. That could come in days or weeks or months, many months. When people say wait, they mean - wait. Unless IRCC contacts you to ask for more documents there is nothing else for you to do but wait and no one can give you a timeline because there's variance. If you read through here you'll see people who got the passport request within weeks of the medical being done and people for whom it's months to over a year. So much ad you'll hate this answer: wait
