Medical results have been received

Unfortunately, seeing that in eCAS doesn't mean that they're working on your application really. You know you're getting close when the "Application for Permanent Residence" side says "We started processing your application...".

I have a question based on that. Today when I checked my Ecas on sponsored side (Application for Permanent Residence) it changed to "In process" with no new messages saying something. Should I wait a week to see if it going to be updated?
