Medical results have been received !!!

Hi,
I got the update of Medical results have been received when the status is still "Application Received" But i read in status description that the medical received should be in decision made status !! so how come and what does this means ? !!!
We have just got the letter on January 28!!!

I'm not sure how this typically works, but as I imagine, it probably depends on Visa Office.

My application received changed to include medical results have been received as soon as I got sponsorship approval. Thus, for my case with my VO, it seems as though that was done at the beginning of the entire process.

Do some searching through some old threads, or talk to people who have experience with your VO to see if this change is indicative at all of timeline.

It seems to come up quite a bit now upon Sponsorship and not exclusively when your final PR is being issued. I have heard conflicting info on here. Either your medical record has been reviewed in Ottawa and you have passed that part or your VO has received the medical record and has been matched to your application.
